Welcome to MAMMOTH RECRUIT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAMMOTH RECRUIT mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MAMMOTH RECRUIT ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides access to basic features including school search, favorites, and profile creation. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features such as process tracking, step-by-step guidance, and deadline management.
All paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods, not the current subscription period.
You may provide content to the App, including profile information, photos, and other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process this content to provide our Services.

The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by MAMMOTH RECRUIT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.
Our App includes data about colleges and universities sourced from third-party providers. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
The information provided through our Services is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any college, university, or athletic organization. Our Services do not guarantee admission to any school, athletic recruitment, or financial aid awards.
Our Services do not constitute professional college counseling, financial advice, or legal advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals for guidance on specific situations.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAMMOTH RECRUIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAMMOTH RECRUIT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MAMMOTH RECRUIT regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
